【Changes】
Effective October 10, 2026, the following service fees will be revised:
・Initial Registration Fee: ¥3,300 (tax included) (This does not apply to existing customers or customers re-registering due to relocation.)
・Rebilling Fee: ¥330 (tax included) (If we are unable to bill you according to the normal billing schedule, we will add a rebilling fee and send you payment instructions for payment by bank transfer.)
・Minimum Usage Charge: ¥500 (tax included) (Applies when the total monthly amount billed per contract, excluding the Renewable Energy Power Promotion Surcharge, is less than ¥500.)
・Convenience Store and Other Payment Fee: ¥330 (tax included) (Applies only to customers who select convenience store payment.)

【Effective Dates】
・Initial Registration Fee: ¥3,300 (tax included) — Applies to customers who newly register on or after October 10, 2026.
・Rebilling Fee: ¥330 (tax included) — Applies to rebilling notices issued on or after November 10, 2026.
・Minimum Usage Charge: ¥500 (tax included) — Applies to electricity used during the period from the November 2026 meter reading date through the December 2026 meter reading date (billed in January).
・Convenience Store and Other Payment Fee: ¥330 (tax included) — Applies to electricity used during the period from the November 2026 meter reading date through the December 2026 meter reading date (billed in January).
